Terry is a seasoned transactional paralegal with more than two decades of experience supporting complex business and real estate matters. Prior to his current role, Terry has held paralegal roles with respected law firms including Isaac Wiles, Roetzel & Andress, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, where he supported business law and real estate practice groups on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory research, and complex commercial closings.

Terry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio University and a Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University Law School. He is a big fan of spending time supporting his many nieces and nephews and a bigger fan of dropping them off at their parents at the end of the day.
