Nanci Estes

Nanci Estes is a detail-oriented operations and finance professional with extensive experience supporting teams with bookkeeping, billing and collections, and process improvement. She has served as a bookkeeper, operations manager, and assistant controller, and is known for her strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and ability to juggle competing deadlines while keeping work accurate, organized, and on time -with a touch of humor.

Outside of work, Nanci is a proud wife and mother of four who enjoys the outdoor beauty and lifestyle of Southern Oregon. She is an avid sports fan, cheering on the Oregon Ducks and Seattle Mariners, and she keeps a desk ornament named Sophi the Cat nearby, the team’s unofficial mascot for timesheet-entry deadlines.
