Beata’s legal career began at AmLaw50 firms, where she advised on venture capital transactions, private offerings, and corporate governance for clients ranging from startups to multinational companies. She later served as Associate General Counsel for a leading renewable energy developer, guiding high-value financing and M&A transactions as a trusted partner to senior management.

Now serving in an Of Counsel capacity, Beata supports clients with a full suite of capital-raising and corporate services—including Reg D offerings, SAFEs, syndications, and entity structuring.
