Ryan Blum is a corporate and securities attorney with several years of experience. He received his B.A. in Environmental Law and Public Policy from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2017, and his J.D., with a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Media and Information Law, from Brooklyn Law School in 2021.

Having spent the majority of his legal career working with and counseling entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses, private funds and fund managers, Ryan has significant experience helping clients with entity formations, corporate governance and capital raising. Ryan has worked with a unique assortment of clients across a wide range of industries, including clients in fintech, blockchain, food and beverage, hospitality, and real estate, giving him a rounded perspective on corporate and business matters and complex securities transactions.

Ryan lives in Denver, Colorado, and in his free time, he enjoys the outdoors – hiking, camping, biking and snowboarding – as well as cooking, reading and exercising.
