Mr. Conrad recently served as the General Counsel, Chief Operating and Risk Officer of LinQ Sourcing, a company focused on logistics and government contracting. From 2000 to 2009, Mr. Conrad served as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner for eFund Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm focused on the on investment in and the acquisition and management of underperforming and distressed companies.   During Mr. Conrad’s tenure at eFund, the firm grew from $20 million in assets AUM to over $500 million in AUM and invested in companies across a diverse range of industries, including military vehicles, electronics manufacturing, software, alternative energy, cosmetics, e-commerce, and alternative advertising.

After leaving eFund Capital Management, Mr. Conrad worked as a Senior Partner at RCA Fund Advisors, a fund-of-funds hedge fund focused on investment opportunities across the entire spectrum of investment strategies including: middle-market buyout transactions, venture capital, private equity, growth capital, mezzanine and distressed debt, convertible arbitrage and emerging markets.  Mr. Conrad also worked for as the Corporate and Securities counsel for Grubb & Ellis Company, which at the time was one of the nation’s largest real estate investment, brokerage and management companies.  Mr. Conrad started his career as a corporate attorney for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, a global law firm with more than 1,100 lawyers in 18 offices across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Mr. Conrad served on  Kinecta’s Board of Directors and served as the Corporate Assistant Secretary from May 2018 through December 2022; Kinecta Financial Management’s Chairman from May 2019 through December 2020.  Mr. Conrad also served as member and Chairman of Kinecta Federal Credit Union’s Supervisory/Audit Committee (Chairman 2015-2018). In addition, Mr. Conrad served on the board of directors for four publicly traded companies and several private companies during his tenor at eFund Capital Management.  Mr. Conrad has also been an invited speaker on private equity and financial markets at the annual Global Horasis Conference (an offshoot of the World Economic Forum in Davos). 

Mr. Conrad received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and his J.D. from Loyola Marymount Law School of Los Angeles. Mr. Conrad is an active member of the California Bar Association.
